What you'll be doing

We are looking for a professional and ambitious Business Developer to undertake a leadership position in our sales team and drive it forward. As a Business Development Lead, you will establish relationships & close deals with well-known European companies, implement your ideas to streamline our sales strategy and foster the entire team's growth. You will contribute to the development of the sales department by researching emerging markets and analyzing sales trends. We expect you to grow into Head of Sales within the first year or sooner, so this is an excellent opportunity to play a direct role in our next level of growth. 

How you’ll spend your day

  • Developing and executing strategies to achieve growth and hit sales targets.
  • Building strong, long-lasting relationships and maintaining them with C-Level executives on an international level.
  • Leading the sales team in achieving department goals. 
  • Generating new sales leads and closing the deals using different channels.
  • Using your experience to ensure structured development of the department. 
  • Taking on managerial responsibilities and moving towards Head of Sales. 
  • Identifying emerging markets, evaluating department processes and proposing your ideas for improvement to the CEO.
  • Communicating closely with partners and other departments. 


You'll be successful if you have

  • 3 or more years experience in international B2B sales.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to forecast sales, to do market and customer research and identify prospect partnerships.
  • Capability to manage the full sales cycle.
  • Advanced interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent English skills (verbal & written).
  • Excellent Lithuanian skills (verbal & written). 
  • Experience in using sales automation tools is an advantage.

Salary

3000-4300 EUR/month gross (before tax) based on your competencies, skills, and experience. Bonus system that enables you to make at least double your base salary per month.
