Division Overview


Nasdaq FinTech Ops is an integral part of Nasdaq's growth and success. This division's mission is to continuously enhance the Nasdaq Customer experience in how they consume the Nasdaq FinTech software and services, using a strategic customer-centric approach focused on driving customer adoption and retention. Thus, successfully differentiating Nasdaq from our competition and contributing to the net growth of our business while offering intense and excellent career development opportunities.


Team and Role Overview


We are looking for a Senior Analyst in Cloud Service Delivery team, to assist a growing team responsible for providing a best-in-class service to the largest financial institutions across the globe in capital market and regulatory space. What you will do:


  • Act as a delivery manager and assist our Cloud clients in the context of onboarding during the implementation of our Capital Market and Regulatory Reporting solutions.
  • Handle all project deliverable ETAs and create the relevant subtasks.
  • Create and maintain checklists for tracking purposes.
  • Work directly with our implementation team and customer to inform, plan, and coordinate all aspects of Cloud Integration
  • Promote implementation of best practices and technical guidance
  • Work closely with our Cloud Operations and DevOps teams to breakdown and schedule implementation tasks.
  • Follow-up Cloud onboarding issues and ensure Support and Engineering are provided with all relevant information.
  • Maintain consistent client-facing implementation documents as well as internal procedures and implementation methodology.


What We Expect:


  • A few years of experience in IT projects within the capital markets industry.
  • Must have had exposure to a project environment or have support experience (at least 2 years) from a technical or functional perspective.
  • Bachelor's and/or Masters degree in Computer Science or IT.
  • Good communication skills. Will be working hands-on with customers and other Nasdaq departments.
  • Ability to articulate procedures and create a re-usable reference document.
  • Excellent attention to detail, an organized approach in a multi-tasking environment, and strong problem-solving/facilitation abilities.
  • Understanding of Cloud projects.

Monthly salary (Gross): 2400-3000 EUR, other bonuses apply in addition to long-term incentive programs.
