Job description

Partnerships Marketing Manager

As a Partnership Marketing Manager you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing and communication initiatives within Partnership department. Working closely with management, you will contribute to the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans to promote our brand, products, and services.

What you'll do @ Omnisend:

  • Evaluate marketing activities with partners and prioritise those choosing the most potential;
  • Coordinating and strategising activities with partners and internal teams;
  • Recommending and implementing effective methods to measure success;
  • Proactively propose Ideas and improvements;
  • Organising content for outreach campaigns;
  • Managing and overseeing activities on social platforms (including LinkedIn, X, Slack...).

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing, advertising, or related roles with a background in data-driven strategies;
  • Proficient English speaking and writing skills with a strong attention to detail and copyediting abilities;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines;
  • A continuous learning mindset, dedicated to personal and professional growth;
  • Preferred experience in the ecommerce or digital marketing industry, with early-stage/startup exposure as a plus;
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, email marketing, analytics);
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights;
  • Demonstrated work ethic and confidence to work autonomously.
