Reporting directly to the Head of Manufacturing, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the validated status of our manufacturing unit. Collaborating across functions daily, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to our company's growth alongside highly qualified peers. As a Validation Engineer, your responsibilities will include initiating and overseeing validation projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and analyzing data to optimize manufacturing processes. You'll also lead qualification studies, implement maintenance programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align validation activities with project objectives. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or life sciences, with 3-5 years of validation experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in GMP and regulatory requirements, along with strong analytical and communication skills in both Lithuanian and English, is essential.
