Client Order and Billing Specialist (advantage - fluency in French!)

LOCATION: Vilnius, Lithuania

SALARY: up to 2250 EUR gross (depending on skills and experience, for example - additional language skills)

HYBRID MODEL: 3 days a week in the office

As a Client Order and Billing Specialist (internal title - Associate Lead to Cash Representative), you will be serving both internal and external customers across the world. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting Sales/Account Management Team with pre-contract tasks, such as creating accounts, adding contacts. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing client orders ensuring accuracy, timely communication, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Team acts as a cross-departmental liaison for the Business, Legal, Finance, Account Management and Service teams.

Tasks will include:

• Owning the creation and approval of accounts.

• Support the order-to-bill process.

• Enhances the customer experience of billing issues, through owning billing query resolution.

• Work within agreed processes to ensure issues are resolved promptly and to the satisfaction of clients.

• Research and obtain information required to process orders and resolve billing issues.

• Field client billing queries, coordinate resolution with stakeholders, provide clients with regular updates until resolution is met.

• Partner with Account Management Team on specific client cases to understand client asset portfolio and billing.

• Processing clients cancel requests and credits.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Fluency in English.

• Advantage - fluency in French.

• Proven experience in order processing, customer service, or related roles.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order verification.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in using order management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-solving skills and ability to address issues proactively.

• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

• Team player with the ability to collaborate and build positive relationships across departments.
