We are looking for a Chief SRE Engineer to join a team which is responsible for embedding Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and further improving Observability Maturity of critical IT systems at Danske Bank.
In the Service Reliability and Observability (SRO) department, we develop and provide modern observability services and standardized practices to ensure IT systems are efficient and reliable, saving time for infrastructure and software engineers.
You are a good addition if you enjoy understanding ins and outs of technology aspects. Either you come with troubleshooter’s mindset with previous experience in cracking down the most complicated (e.g., ‘slow performance’ or similar) issues or implementing designs of cross technology while making sure it works as expected. No matter if you come from Application, Infrastructure or Observability domains – we will have some challenging work which will extend your expertise cross domains!
You will have a chance to learn depth and breadth of different technological stacks ranging from infrastructure (Virtual Machines, Containerization, Networks, Databases, etc..), application runtime and modern Observability stack while making significant impact on critical IT system reliability improvements.
Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority of the role.
Monthly salary range from 5280 EUR to 7920 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
