The primary goal of a POS Support Representative is to deliver routine remote user support, conduct problem analysis and resolution, offer in-depth technical assistance, and provide training. This role involves troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, point of sale (POS) systems, peripherals, and networks. Additionally, due to the dynamic nature of the company, the role may evolve with additional responsibilities.

Salary is negotiable based on experience, ranging from 1900 Eur to 2200 Eur gross, with additional compensation for night shift hours (up to 20%).
