Job description

Sales Desk Analyst

Nasdaq is seeking a forward-thinking, motivated, and results-oriented Sales Desk Analyst to join our dynamic Sales Operations team. The focus of the role will be to support Corporate Solutions Account Management and Service teams, as well as support the Sales Operations team, in research and analytical tasks.


What will you be doing?


  • Support front line Sales and Account Teams CLM/CPQ process
  • Handle small projects that require proficient time management abilities
  • Work on a large number of administrative and research requests simultaneously
  • Engage with Account Directors, Service Managers, Legal, Contract Administrators, Client Order Specialists, Billing Support and other teams to investigate and address client issues and sophisticated inquiries
  • Investigate contract-related requests from internal customers
  • Interpret basic contractual information and bring up contracts to Nasdaq counsel as vital
  • Analyze how contracts are structured and negotiated
  • Search multiple contract databases/ sources for agreements
  • Assist with invoicing issues (duplicated invoices, incorrect invoices, incorrect contact, credit & rebills, etc.)
  • Be a subject matter authority for Salesforce and Apttus
  • Safeguard and handle data integrity within Corporate Solutions CRM systems, including Salesforce

Monthly salary (Before Taxes): 1800 - 2200 Eur (final salary will depend on candidate knowledge and experience), other bonuses apply.
