Project Product Owner

Join our team where you are delivering a solution to a customer where we provide a clearing, collateral, risk, and settlement solutions. In this role, your responsibility will be to lead the area of the solution delivered to a customer by providing support and understanding the solution's business features.


Your Role and Responsibilities:

 

As a Project Product Owner, you will own the scope of the customer solution. You will have to coordinate between project managers and the development team to assure that priorities are understood and scope increases (or decreases) are handled appropriately.

 

What You Will Do:

 

  • Participate in design workshops for new features wanted by the customer
  • Be a key person for the customer leading the team backlog, by producing the detailed prioritized plan for a development team
  • Collaborate with the customers, developers, designers, project managers, key stakeholders, and other teams to gather requirements that facilitate the customer needs for new features
  • Understand the scope and the technical solutions to help make decisions and provide additional project/product assistance when needed
  • Lead the scope for changes and handle scope creep to ensure that the project/product stays on track with what was agreed on
  • Write functional requirements according to customer needs

 

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:

 

  • A degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Several years of experience as a product owner/lead business analyst
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competence to work closely with agile, cross-functional development teams
  • Strong estimation and planning capabilities
  • Experience in working with Confluence and Jira
  • The ability to travel globally (business trips)

 

Nice To Have (Opportunity to Learn):

 

  • Additional business analysis experience
  • Experience in the financial technology industry
  • Experience working with Jama

  • Monthly base salary starting from 3000 eur to 4000 eur gross depending on your level of experience. We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies. Other bonuses apply.

This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius, Lithuania. The company allows the flexibility to work half a week on-site and remotely (Hybrid model).
