Product Owner, Nasdaq Fund Secondaries

Are you ready to step into the Nasdaq Fund Secondaries Product Owner role? If yes, it's an extraordinary opportunity to grow!


Join our team where you will be primarily responsible for working closely with the Head of Product to translate strategies to tasks for development, manage and prioritize the backlog, learn market & customer needs, and serve as a liaison between product and development. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively as a fully contributing team member and performs essential tasks to support the team including requirements gathering, product testing, issue management, meeting facilitation, and documentation. This position is located in Vilnius, Lithuania.

As a Product Owner, you will own the scope of the customer solution. You will have to coordinate between project managers and the development team to assure that priorities are understood and scope increases (or decreases) are handled appropriately.


What You Will Do:


  • Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog. Work closely with the Product Manager to translate roadmaps into user stories that are part of a well-groomed backlog. 
  • Participate in design workshops for new features wanted by the customer
  • Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure theyre clearly understood by relevant teams
  • Be a key person for the customer, owning the team backlog, by producing the detailed prioritized plan for a development team
  • Collaborate with the customers, developers, designers, project managers, stakeholders, and other teams to gather requirements that facilitate the customer needs
  • Understand the scope and the technical solutions to help make decisions and provide additional project/product assistance when needed
  • Lead the scope for changes and handle scope creep to ensure that the project/product stays on track with what was agreed on
  • Write functional requirements according to customer needs


We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:


  • A degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Several years of experience as a product owner/lead business analyst
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to analyze processes and workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and collaborate with team members on updating and improving them
  • Competence to work closely with agile, cross-functional development teams
  • Strong estimation and planning capabilities
  • Experience in working with Confluence and Jira
  • The ability to travel globally (business trips)

Monthly salary (Gross): 2900 - 3500 EUR, other bonuses apply in addition to long-term incentive programs.


This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius, Lithuania. The company allows the flexibility to work half a week on-site and remotely (Hybrid model).
