Job description

Account Manager

Nasdaq Baltic is looking for Account Manager to join our team in Vilnius. We offer a unique opportunity to serve the biggest Lithuanian companies such as Ignitis Group, Siauliu Bankas, Apranga, Klaipedos Nafta, Maxima and others. Here you will participate in the development of pan-Baltic products and services and finally be part of the team making sure capital market in the Baltics is attractive and growing! As a Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing service to the local customers of Nasdaq Vilnius stock exchange listed companies and investors community.

 

Your responsibilities:

·      Building and maintaining strong client relationships and providing day-to-day client advice and support

·      Providing support on different global, European, or locally based initiatives (like changes in regulation, introductions of new products and services)

·      Supporting sales activities

·      Processing customer data and supporting customers in compliance with set requirements and policies as well as investor relations, coordinating webinars, seminars, and other educational and promotional events

 

We would like you to:

·      Have a degree in Economics, Law, Business or Finance

·      Be fluent in written and spoken Lithuanian as well as English languages and have exceptional communication and presentation skills

·      Experience in finance would be considered as an advantage

·      Have strong client-focus skills and be able to offer customers a variety of products/services

·      The capability to read and interpret regulatory acts and policies would be considered as an advantage

·      Be a self-starter capable to deliver with attention to detail and quality

 

We offer:

·      Monthly salary (Gross) 2300-2700 EUR. Final offer will be based on your experience and skills

This is a full-time position located in Vilnius, Lithuania. As we are approaching the holidays, interviews will be conducted in January 2024. Please note that applicants must be eligible to work in Lithuania and applications must be in English.
