The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) group serves as a liaison between Executive /Senior Management, BU CFO's, and Corporate Systems. FP&A Responsibilities include various tasks related to Forecast, Long Range Plan, Operating Budget Adjustments, and next year's Budget.
What will you be doing?
As the Senior Manager of FP&A, you will be responsible for the growing GT's FP&A team. The team's primary focus is to engage with the GT leadership as a strategic and decision-making partner and help achieve revenue and margin growth by delivering timely, informative analysis, and by driving profitability while maintaining financial order and accuracy.
As a manager, you will be responsible and accountable for leading a team of people, setting direction, and deploying resources on varying projects. Empower and develop employees while rewarding and cultivating a culture of high-performing teams. Furthermore, you will support the organization with knowledge, models, and tools for financial follow-up, business planning, and business control.
