Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) group serves as a liaison between Executive /Senior Management, BU CFO's, and Corporate Systems. FP&A Responsibilities include various tasks related to Forecast, Long Range Plan, Operating Budget Adjustments, and next year's Budget.


What will you be doing?


As the Senior Manager of FP&A, you will be responsible for the growing GT's FP&A team. The team's primary focus is to engage with the GT leadership as a strategic and decision-making partner and help achieve revenue and margin growth by delivering timely, informative analysis, and by driving profitability while maintaining financial order and accuracy.


As a manager, you will be responsible and accountable for leading a team of people, setting direction, and deploying resources on varying projects. Empower and develop employees while rewarding and cultivating a culture of high-performing teams. Furthermore, you will support the organization with knowledge, models, and tools for financial follow-up, business planning, and business control.


Other responsibilities:


  • Serve as a financial advisor to technology managers with financial planning and business control with a high focus on expense management.
  • Own the month-end close, planning, and forecasting cycles (monthly, long-range plan).
  • Develop and prepare the business units financial plans and budgets to give better business awareness and resource planning.
  • Participate in operational improvement initiatives that impact the FP&A function.


Who are we looking for?


  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Some years of relevant (e.g. accounting, project accounting, or auditing) work experience, and preferably lead/managerial experience.
  • Proven command of Microsoft Excel, OneStream, Workday, and/or other IT tools to perform Business and Financial Control.
  • Experience in the financial or IT sector would be an advantage.

Monthly salary (Gross): 4000-4400 EUR, other bonuses apply in addition to long-term incentive programs.
