Companial R&D team is looking for an Experienced Backend developer to join a skilled team in Vilnius, Kaunas, or remote (within Lithuania). What are you going to do:

• Develop web applications using .NET 6 and .NET Framework (C#) for Companial Business Platform used by Dynamics Partners from all over the world
• Evaluate new ideas for improvement, suggest solutions and the best practices for tasks 
• Ensure high quality using coding standards, test-driven development, and code reviews (we use Azure DevOps for our CI/CD pipelines, pull requests, and product backlog management)
• Work in a team environment, teach, and learn as necessary

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience in backend development with .NET
• Good understanding of MS SQL and associated .NET libraries like Dapper
• Good spoken and written English
• Willingness to share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

What is nice to have, but not required from you:

• Good understanding of modern web security standards: OpenId, OAuth, BFF, etc. 
• Good understanding of modern web API development practices and architectures
• Good understanding of unit, integration testing, and containerization techniques 
• Experience with Agile development practices 
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform
