About the role:

The Affiliate Manager role at Omnisend is a crucial part of Omnisend’s success. This position is perfect for data-driven individuals who are passionate about eCommerce and marketing, have a problem-solving mindset, and have strong technical and interpersonal skills. This role requires the ability to work across organizational stakeholders and a research-based mindset. Omnisend is a merchant-first organization, and partnerships are no different. You’ll use all of your skills and knowledge to forge an affiliate-focused partner portfolio that facilitates both merchant and partner growth and brings value to all parties.

• Recruit and identify new affiliate partnerships through research, referrals, networking, and other avenues;
• Explore new ways and channels to promote our brand and scale innovative ideas and approaches;
• Examine and optimize existing affiliate partnerships' performance and recognize areas of opportunities and solutions;
• Regularly review data reports to identify problems;
• Work closely with the broader marketing team (CRO, Content, SEO, etc.) to support partners.

• 2+ years experience in affiliate marketing and/or e-commerce in a similar role, from brand side;
• Experience working closely with ad networks, cash-back websites, coupon websites, lead generation and others;
• Experience in reporting and identifying performance in affiliate data from data management systems;
• Experience with attribution/tracking tools;
• Proven track record of successfully working with CPC affiliates;
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships;
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English.
