Our client – BMI Group – is the largest manufacturer of flat and pitched roofing and waterproofing solutions throughout Europe. The company is establishing its Global Business Services (GBS) Center in Vilnius and invites you to join the Finance and Accounting professionals’ team.

• Assume ownership of the consolidation and year-end processes for the organization
• Perform consolidation and ensure the quality assurance of both internal and external financial reports across the Group
• Assist management by generating and providing reports and financial analysis on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Execute a meticulously quality-assured group accounting process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement the Group's accounting principles within the Company's subsidiaries
• Stay updated on trends in accounting policies and remain current with developments within the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) framework

• 3+ years of experience in accounting and consolidation
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field 
• Fluent English language skills in written and oral communication
• Ability to understand financial data and how this can be visualized to finance departments in the best possible way   
• Excellent analytical and administrational skills
• Excellent problem solving, time management, decision-making and organizational skills
• Experience in an international company would be an advantage
