Job description

What you will be doing

  • Launch and execute the regional marketing plan for NCEE in line with the global marketing strategy and regional sales strategy. 
  • Implement regional marketing tactics such as events, webinars, emails, and third-party tactics, working closely with regional field sales management.  
  • Manage the NCEE marketing budget, ensuring a consistent approach is taken and promoting responsible spending and return on investment. 
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and analyze the effectiveness of regional marketing initiatives. Identify trends and draw insight from data and anecdotal feedback. 
  • Maintain, grow, and use the regional email marketing database via Pardot, ensuring regional stakeholder's needs are met while maintaining quality and engagement. Support the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to optimize automation initiatives including nurture and drip marketing campaigns for the region. 
  • Work with digital marketing team/agency to optimize regionalize/localize paid search. 
  • Liaise with regional media partners and publishers, working with the content team to provide support with regional media and PR opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with sales teams to leverage global marketing assets and execute regional initiatives to boost customer engagement and pipeline acceleration. 

What your background should look like

Experience and educational requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or comparable education/experience. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing background with a track record of planning, executing demand generation campaigns and managing senior stakeholders. 
  • Business-to-business marketing experience required. 

 

Minimum skills, knowledge, and ability requirements:

  • Knowledge of how to develop marketing plans that help deliver commercial goals.  
  • Understanding of how to use inbound, digital marketing and content marketing to generate qualified leads. 
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tasks, adept at using data to draw conclusions and suggestions to be communicated to stakeholders. 
  • Experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using CRM and marketing automation platforms. 
  • Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously. 
  • Experience in planning and coordinating events/conferences/exhibitions. 
  • Excellent organizational, communication, stakeholder management and project management skills. 
  • Developed stakeholder management and engagement skills. 
  • Skilled usage of Microsoft Office Package
  • Fluent English language skills.
