Job description
Responsibilities:
- Working in an AR team within a culture of accountability and collaboration to produce best in industry results
- Invoice / Credit Note creation and accounting
- Customer credit, collections and rebates management
- Delivering all customer PO daily operations (receive, route and match customer PO to orders)
- Maintaining an audit trail and responding to enquiries from auditors
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend remediation to strengthen the control environment in financial and operational areas
Requirements:
- Approximately 1-2 years of experience in the area of AR
- Bachelor’s degree or similar in Finance
- Fluency in English is mandatory (knowledge of Finnish would be an advantage)
- Knowledge of accounting, collections and lead to cash process
- Ability to work with different information systems and business applications (SAP would be an advatage)
- Good interpersonal, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
