About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Corporate Secretarial team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.


Your Role:

  • Leading client facing corporate secretarial team
  • Managing assigned projects in order to support business priorities and growth
  • Planning, controlling and overseeing delivery of corporate secretarial services to assigned clients pursuant to service level agreements (SLA’s)
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients or other Citco offices in order to attend any matters in relation to provision corporate secretarial services
  • Ensuring that client entities of the assigned portfolio are in a good legal standing per jurisdictional requirements
  • Ensuring that good governance principles and Citco policies are observed and legal documentation prepared by the team is complete, accurate, up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations
  • Liaising and maintaining relationship with clients, advisors, auditors, and other third parties; meeting clients’ expectations and adhering to set KPI’s
  • Supervising staff, continually reviewing and signing off on the work performed by the team, and making recommendations in improving existing processes as well as performance of the team
  • Planning team resources in line with business demands, participating in the recruitment and selection process, leading, coaching, developing and appraising employees within the team
  • Overseeing service migration processes and client entity onboarding projects, ensure smooth processes and seamless cooperation among various internal and external stakeholders in the process
  • Constantly reviewing existing processes and looking for efficiencies


About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in legal or business related field
  • Experience in people management
  • Excellent command of English
  • Effective organizational and communication skill
  • Strong work ethics, analytical and problem solving skills
  • University degree in Law, Business or equivalent
  • Experience in international environment and project management is an asset


Salary Ranges

3300 - 4500 EUR GROSS
