About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Product Team – Client Reporting, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:

As Vice President of Client Reporting Product you will support the Product Manager and the management team of all lines of business in creating a robust reporting application and data products. You will be part of the delivery team to ensure that right functionality is built and delivered in a timely manner.

• You will be an individual contributor and manager of a small local team
• Corresponding with various business groups to identify tactical needs
• Developing peripheral automation for our processes (e.g. Python, VBA, SQL, etc.)
• Co-ordinating with our other technology groups for implementation and deployment
• QA testing and roll-out of technology
• Ensuring there is sufficient documentation for processes & tools
• Assisting with various projects as assigned
• Contributing to product vision and align roadmap to strategic goal
• Working with Product Manager and stakeholders to prioritize product enhancements
• Ensuring quality of work being delivered by being involved in testing efforts.

Product development

• Through partnership with the business, define, sponsoring and steering development initiatives
• Influencing and guiding technology, project management and operations team in solution delivery
• Maintaining and developing expertise and keep abreast of market trends/direction and competitors
• Collaborating with the other product teams on prioritizing and reusing of functionality

Technology

• Horizon scanning for disruptive technology
• Leveraging core Citco expertise to deliver consistency for clients across PE, RE and Hedge

Services

• Creating and maintaining standard product offerings
• Defining and guiding strategic changes to reporting and data management

About You:

• Experience managing a team staff
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 7-10 years hands on experience in custom solution building and/or report writing
• Strong knowledge of SQL and VBA
• Working knowledge of Python
• Bachelor degree in a quantitative discipline, such as computer science, engineering, finance, economics, or accounting
• Strong knowledge of Atlassian products
• Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scum Product Owner a plus
• Excellent communication skills relaying business concepts to technology teams
• Familiarity with AWS a plus
• Skills in negotiation, influencing, mentoring, guiding 
• Record of delivering business/technology reengineering initiatives
• Project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task
• Strong visual communication skills (PowerPoint, Visio)

Salary

4200 – 5650 GROSS
