YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working as part of a Fund Services team, you will be responsible for the implementation and administration of a portfolio of client holding, financing, intellectual property and their funds with specific responsibility for:

• Taking care of the day-to-day operations of the funds and following up with third parties, including investors and clients;
• Keeping the funds books and preparing the periodic funds valuations (Net Asset Value), year-end financial statements and any other funds related reports;
• Assisting in the coordination of year-end audits;
• Assisting in the organisation of board meetings and shareholders’ meetings;
• Assisting in the communication with the client;

YOUR PROFILE:

What we’ll look for on your CV:

• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or audit
• Strong academic background, with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit or Economics;
• Relevant experience within the fields of accounting or audit;
• Fluent in English;
• High level of IT literacy with strong Excel and Word skills.

Monthly base salary for this position is from 1750 EUR to 2660EUR gross. Final offer will be determined based on your competences, qualifications and professional experiences.
