TypeScript Developer (Lithuania)

Our client is a US-based asset management company. We are supporting them in developing a new wealth management platform. While the UI is being built from scratch, the existing backend, based on legacy architecture, is now due for an upgrade. We are looking for a specialist based in Lithuania to join our team.

We’re looking for a talented TypeScript Developer to join our engineering team. You’ll work on robust back-end systems using modern TypeScript and JavaScript frameworks. You'll be a key part of the development process from architecture to deployment.

• Design and develop scalable and high-performance web applications using TypeScript
• Build backend services using Node.js
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless features
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and help shape team-wide best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications

• 5+ years of professional experience in JavaScript/TypeScript development
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL
• Proficiency in Node.js, ideally with NestJS or Express
• Comfortable working with Git and version control best practices

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Background working in Agile/Scrum environments
