Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

We are seeking a high energy and innovative professional to join the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team. As a member of the team, we expect you to perform a variety of finance and accounting duties as a member of the team supporting several of our Expert Team functions, including Finance & Workplace, People and Compensation & Benefits. This position will collaborate and work closely with the FP&A leaders supporting each expert function as the Finance Business Partner.

We are seeking a high energy and innovative professional to join the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team. As a member of the team, we expect you to perform a variety of finance and accounting duties as a member of the team supporting several of our Expert Team functions, including Finance & Workplace, People and Compensation & Benefits. This position will collaborate and work closely with the FP&A leaders supporting each expert function as the Finance Business Partner.


What you will do

  • Assist with financial activities including the monthly close process, balance sheet account valuations and reconciliations, expense forecasting, long range planning, and expense allocations to product lines.
  • Help prepare and analyze variances against actuals, forecast and budget.
  • Research and analyze account fluctuations.
  • Work closely with the broader Corporate FP&A team to support compensation and benefit plans, lease accounting, location strategy and resource planning.
  • Conduct a basic analysis of standard business and financial decisions.
  • Support key artifacts that include but not limited to, forecast and LRP executive analysis, Quarterly Business Reviews, Board reporting and Investor Relations presentations.
  • Review and validate goal scoring in support of our Corporate Incentive Plan for discretionary compensation.
  • Perform other ad-hoc business reporting and analysis as needed.


What we expect

  • Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a financial environment applying analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of financial planning business processes and budgeting
  • High proficiency in utilizing Workday, OneStream, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work with large sets of data to spot trends and anomalies, understand the details while being able to tell the big picture story.
  • Keen attention to details.
  • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines; have an ability to remain calm under pressure and in the face of uncertainty.
  • Must be proactive, resourceful, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What happens now?

This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 2 days per week.


Monthly salary (Gross): 2600 EUR - 2900 EUR, other bonuses apply. Final offer will be based on candidate experience.
